Mr. Parduewas born in White County the son of the late Hershel and Clara Howard Pardue. Welton was a brick mason by trade and was retired from Mt. Vernon Mills. He was a member of Loudsville United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by a grandson, Jason Harkins, sisters Lorene Stephenson, Margaret Backstrom, brothers, Bill Pardue, Stanford Pardue, Garlon Pardue and Glenn Pardue.
Survivors include his wife, Joy Pardue, Cleveland; children, Ellen and Terry Watkins, Cleveland; Mark Pardue, Cornelia; Nancy and Allen Fritchey, Cleveland; Gail and Kirk Palmer, Clermont; sister, Ruth Queen, Oakwood; 8 grandchildren and 12great grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Loudsville UnitedMethodist Church. The Rev. Levi Skipper and Mr. Joe Pardue will officiate.Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
