(Weather-10-8-14Cleveland)- White County finally has a year to date rainfall surplus. Up until this week we have been running in the deficit, but  Bill Kinsland, WRWH weather reporter advised as of Monday we moved over to the surplus side. 

Bill said last week in White County we recorded an average of 4.95 inches of rain that made the difference. 

According to Bill the average county year-to-date  rainfall as of Monday was 21.44 inches, that’s 59 hundredths of an inch surplus. Bill said White County has received 102 percent of the normal year-to-date rainfall.
