( Sautee) The Sautee Nacoochee Center presents the best in live music in 2024 as part of the
Hwy 255 Blues Club.
Produced in partnership with Sautee Productions, the Hwy 255 Blues Club is a five-
concert series featuring local and regional talent in the Historic Gym on the SNC campus. Each
concert is on a Saturday night, January 6, February 3, March 2, April 6, and May 4. Doors open
at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m. Food and drink to purchase will be available. Ticket
prices range from $10 to $20.
Local legends Lisa Deaton and the Lammers brothers kick off the season on January 6 with
a bang. They return to the Hwy 255 Blues Club series as headliners after playing as openers in
2023. Food available to purchase will be Glenn Dorsey BBQ.
The Trouble Tones, a high-energy blues band takes the stage February 6. Great song
selection and passion combine to create the new " Best New Blues Band in Atlanta. Led by
longtime blues vocalist Patrick Vining, the band is steeped in authentic blues sound.
Sheeba the Mississippi Queen and The Bluesmen play the Hwy 255 Blues Blub on March
2. Born in Mississippi, this uniquely talented Singer/Songwriter joined forces with 4 seasoned
Blues Players to present the Music as intended.
The Chris O’Leary Band returns to Sautee April 6 by popular demand. The Chris O’Leary
Band is an international touring six-piece high energy horn driven Roots/Blues/Soul band that
blends the sounds of Chicago, Memphis & New Orleans.
Mudcat closes the Hwy 255 Blues Club series on May 4. & It is an internationally known gospel and
bluesman. Mudcat continues the traditions of the early blues pioneers while adding his own
Mudcat edge, resulting in one of Atlanta's greatest treasures.”
