(Cleveland)- Two people are wanted in connection with a kidnapping incident. White County Sheriff Rick Kelley said in a news release that Sunday evening, October 6, deputies from the White County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an escaped kidnapping victim in Clermont.

According to the sheriff, the victim managed to free herself from her restraints and sought help at a nearby residence.

The occupants of the home immediately contacted 911, and White County Deputies were promptly dispatched.

Kelley said the victim was transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation.

Following an extensive investigation into the incident, Kelley said the suspects have been identified as 32-year-old Ashley Nicole Sosebee of Cornelia and Dylan Anthony Forrester age 30 from Gainesville.

Both suspects are known to the victim, according to the sheriff.

Arrest warrants have been issued for both individuals who will be charged with two counts each of Aggravated Assault as well as  Kidnapping.

Sheriff Kelley advised that the investigation into this incident is ongoing.
