(Cleveland)- With vacations over and school back in session Family Promise is taking the next step in serving children and their families facing homelessness. A Community Meeting will take place in Habersham County on Tuesday September 29th, at 6 PM, at First Baptist Church in Cornelia.
This is part of the groups continuing plan to include the Habersham community and congregations in this worthwhile and needed ministry. This meeting will focus on some of the practical steps that have been taken so far, as well as the efforts needed to rebuild and to enhance the Family Promise program.
The leadership behind Family Promise in both White and Habersham counties is inviting anyone in White or Habersham County interested in helping with this effort to attend.
