(Cleveland)- Five more days remain for you to participate in advance voting for the November 5th General Election. During the last two week a large number of voters have cast ballots.

Amie Veater, White County Elections Supervisor advised as of Saturday 9.224 ballots had been cast that included 360 ballots that were cast on Saturday. In addition to the in-person voting 530 absentee by mail ballots have been received into the office. This represents just under half the registered voters in the county.

Advance voting continues today through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM in the elections office located in the Mauney Building on the Helen Highway, north of Cleveland.

If you don’t take advantage of early voting all polling locations will be open around the county on Election Day, November 5, from 7 AM until 7 PM for you to cast a ballot.
