(Cleveland)- Good news for short term rental property owners in North Georgia. Monday Governor Brian Kemp issued an Executive Order that will end the ban on short-term property rentals at 11:59 p.m. Thursday.
The ban was previously set to run through May 13th.
Monday’s executive order also provides clarification and further definitions for certain businesses that were allowed to reopen under the April 23rd Executive Order, and it also extends, until 90 days after the Public Health Emergency ends, Department of Community Health actions relaxing certain regulations for healthcare facilities.
