(Cleveland)- Community groups are joining together to hold a public memorial service for the two White County teens killed, when their car plunged into Town Creek and overturned.
Sixteen year old Cecily Hamilton and 18-yer old Taylor Scott Swing died Sunday March 15th when their car ran off the road on Gene Nix Road, west of Cleveland.
Speaking for the groups Natalie Ford said, the memorial service will be held this Sunday at 6:00 PM at Freedom Park in downtown Cleveland.
Ford said, “ we would like to invite those who knew Cecily and Taylor to write down your favorite memory of them and we will collect those and give them to family after the service.” If you forget Ford said they will have pen and paper so you can write your memories down on the spot.
Ford said if it is raining the event will be held at the White County High School auditorium.
