(Cleveland)- On Thursday,  based upon tips from citizens, two independent investigations conducted by the White County Sheriff’s Office and the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office, resulted in the arrests of three people. 

In a news release Mitchell Posey Special Agent in Charge of the Appalachian Regional Drug Task Force identified those arrested as;  17 year old Colton Dewayne Bohannon, 51 year old Frankie Lamar Swindoll, and 54 year old Christina Lynn Carmona, all of Cleveland.  

According to the release, task force agents and members of the White County  Sheriff’s Office  seized, from 12 Nelson Drive, in Cleveland, the home of Bohannon, oxycodone a schedule II controlled substance. From 64 Camelback Road, Cleveland,  Swindoll’s home, Agents seized suspected cocaine, suspected methamphetamine, suspected marijuana, packaging materials, and digital scales.

Bohannon, was arrested for Possession of oxycodone.  Swindoll, charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of marijuana.  Carmona, was charged with possession of Ambien, a schedule IV controlled substance, and possession of Xanax (alprazolam) a schedule IV controlled substance.

The investigation continues.
