Thursday, November 7, 2016. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm,
Monday, November 21, 2016 at Pine Grove Methodist Church. Dell was born
on February 28, 1941 in Homerville, GA to the late Glen Highsmith and Lillie
Mae Bennett Highsmith. He was a self employed Bee Keeper and loved the
outdoors as one of his favorite pastimes was hunting.
Dell moved to Cleveland in 2011 from Fargo, Georgia. He is survived by his
loving wife, Carolyn Highsmith of Cleveland; son Ronald and Beverly
Highsmith of Lake Park, Georgia; daughter Cami and Michael Shadburn of
Flowery Branch, Georgia; brother Purnell and Leona Highsmith of Lakeland,
Georgia; grandchildren, Ryan, Breanna and Brooke Highsmith as well as
Ashley Runnels (Colby), Cali Shadburn and Seth Shadburn (Brittney). Dell is
also survived by two great grandchildren, Morgan and Leyton Shadburn
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to
