(Cleveland)- A Clarkesville driver and her passenger has been charged in connection with a hit and run accident in White County.

White County Sheriff Captain Clay Hammond said, on Saturday, June 22 the White County Sheriff’s Office responded to Georgie Hwy 17 and Muscadine Drive in reference to a wreck with injuries.
According to Hammond, responding Deputies located Evan Windham, age 23, of Sautee who had been riding his bicycle on Hwy 17. Deputies also located the driver of the vehicle involved identified as, 65-year-old Angela Stoval-Post, and her passenger, George Randolph Holcomb, age 73, both of Clarkesville. The two were located away from where the wreck occurred.
Hammond said Stoval-Post’s vehicle had damage from striking Windham and his bicycle.
Hammond said, as a result of the investigation deputies charged Stoval-Post and Holcomb. Capt. Hammond said Stoval-Post was charged with, serious injury by vehicle, duty to report accident resulting in Injury, death, or property damage and hit and run, DUI, as well as failure to maintain lane.
Holcomb was charged with Hit and run.
Murder. Thats what a selfish driver, impatient, valuing their time more than your life, is capable of. SLOW DOWN, YOUR TIME IS NOT WORTH A LIFE. I watched as a semi passed a friend too closely and its draft sucked him into traffic. The car behind the semi was following too close, as well… Which one killed him? The truck that pulled him in, the car, or my friend who had legal right-of-way?
