Wayne Tomlin age 63, of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday July 9, 2024.
Wayne was born on October 31, 1960, to the late Hoyt and Eloise Pilgrim Tomlin. Wayne was self-employed as a carpenter for many years. He retired early due to failing health. Wayne enjoyed hunting, fishing, picking and playing bluegrass music. Wayne was well-liked and will be missed by all. Wayne is preceded in death by grandparents Vester and Maude Head Tomlin, Albert and Nannie Mae Cannon Pilgrim.
Wayne is survived by several cousins and numerous friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 11, 2024, at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul Flynn and the Rev. Gary Heffner will officiate. Interment will follow in Zion Interdenominational Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
