(Cleveland)- After multiple test calls, it appears that non-emergency and administrative lines at the White County 911 Communications Center are back operating normally.  White and Habersham County communications centers reported problems with their non-emergency phone lines Thursday night.

White County Public Information Officer Bryce Barrett said this morning that after testing the system this morning everything is back operating normally. Barrett did advise if someone calls the non-emergency number (706-865-0911) and you can’t hear the dispatcher hang up, and call 911.
