(Cleveland)- An 18-year-old White County man has been arrested in connection with an Aggravated Child Molestation case.
White County Sheriff’s Captain Clay Hammond advised in an email that on February first of this year the White County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Habersham Medical Center in Demorest, in reference to an alleged sexual assault that allegedly occurred in White County. As a result of an investigation, Hammond said Carlos Anthony Martinez was arrested on May 28th and charged with Aggravated Child Molestation.
According to Hammond at the time of the incident, the suspect was seventeen and the victim was seven years old.
