William Farrell Elliott, age 84, of Cleveland, affectionately known as “Paw Paw”
passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Friday, June 16, 2023, at his
home, surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Elliott was born on April 3, 1939, in Cleveland, Georgia, to the late Napoleon
Paul Elliott and Bessie Blalock Elliott. Farrell was a retired truck driver who
enjoyed working on and restoring cars. He made many trips to town in his
beloved blue Chevelle. He loved watching the Atlanta Braves and taking care of
his Geneva. He loved his family dearly and will be truly missed by all that knew
and loved him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his
children, William “Bill” Elliott and Tammy Sheree Elliott; 4 sisters and 1 brother.

Survivors include his loving wife of 70 years, Geneva Elliott; daughters, Diane Fain
and Teresa Williamson; daughter and son-in-law, Deavie and Benny Sims; son, Eric
Elliott; grandchildren, Josh and Kendal Elliott, Dustin and Christy Fain, Jessica and
Kyle Johns, Casei Whitlock, Wendi and Lance Martin, Shaylee Sims, Landon Elliott,
Paisley Elliott, and Chloee Elliott; 15 great-grandchildren.

The funeral service celebrating the life Farrell lived is Saturday, June 24, 2023, at
2:00 P.M. in The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home with Rev. Marc Turner
officiating. Interment will follow in Gateway Memory Park.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 2:00 P.M. on Saturday at the
funeral home, prior to the funeral service.
