(Cleveland)- The Boil Water Notice issued earlier this week by the City of Cleveland has been lifted.
A notice this morning from the city said EPD has confirmed with the City that all tests are clear and the Boil Water Notice has been lifted.
The notice was issued Wednesday because of a water main break. The notice affected water customers in the following area of Hwy 129 South: Tommy Cowart Rd, Roller Rink Rd, Memory Dr, Becky Dr, Candlewick Rd, Performance Ln, Payne Dr, Totherow Rd, and Pleasant Dr.
The notice was required by the EPD to insure the safety of the drinking water for the city’s customers in the event of the possibility of a contaminant entering the system.
