Cleveland – The White County Department of Public Works shares the closure of Old Blue Creek Road, scheduled for October 10 from 8am to 4pm. The closure is necessary for essential maintenance and the replacement of a failed cross-drain pipe.
Bryce Barrett, White County Public Information Officer stated in a media release, Old Blue Creek Road will be inaccessible to all forms of traffic during this project. Unfortunately, due to the geographical features of the area, there will be no available detour routes. We understand the inconvenie
nce this may cause and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this project.
White County Department of Public Works assures that every effort will be made to complete this project as quickly and efficiently as possible. Safety remains our top priority and this project is necessary to maintain the integrity of the roadway and the safety of those who travel on it.
